Quality Time
Since 1993, we have been using innovation, inspiration and attention to detail to design watches of the utmost quality. It seems fitting then, that we are the ISO 9001:2008 certified and our professional seamless business processes will deliver total customer satisfaction.
The same stringent values that we apply to ourselves, apply to the technical components we use for the watches we supply. We make use of only Citizen, Swiss ETA and Seiko TimeTech movements. This, coupled with a worldwide, ensures that you have an exclusive wristwatch that not only speaks volumes about who you are, but one that will stand the test of time.
Each watch comes with our CWI warranty certificate and instruction. We offer a 24/7 service line and operate service centres in South Africa, Austria, Germany and Hong Kong.
The warranty time depends on the watch model. The exact warranty time can be seen in the description of the individual product when it is clicked in our galleries.
In general and if not otherwise stated in product description, all our corporate wrist watches come with 24 months international warranty. Desk clocks come with a 36 months warranty and Wall clocks with a 12 months warranty.
About ISO
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards.
Why standards matter
Standards make an enormous and positive contribution to most aspects of our lives. Standards ensure desirable characteristics of products and services such as quality, environmental friendliness, safety, reliability, efficiency and interchange ability - and at an economical cost. When products, systems, machinery and devices work well and safely, it is often because they meet standards. And the organization responsible for many thousands of the standards that benefit the world is ISO.
ISO 9001 (quality) is "generic management system standards". "Generic" means that the same standard can be applied to any organization, large or small, whatever its product or service, in any sector of activity, and whether it is a business enterprise, a public administration, or a government department. ISO 9001 contains a generic set of requirements for implementing a quality management system.
